Pregnant Organization (PPO)
Kamran Rizvi founded KZR Associates, a management consulting and training firm in Islamabad, Pakistan, in June 1991.
His vision was to ultimately transform KZR from a family enterprise into independent organizations with their own strategic focus and that are entirely owned and managed by teams of dedicated, competent and sincere professionals.
To this end, a strategy for growth was developed at KZR, called PPO (Perpetually Pregnant Organization). As a result, KZR has spawned various organizations and has also built informal associations with many others upon entering the 21st century. The organizations that have come in its place are well established and are growing in an exemplary fashion with the overall mission of developing the human factor in their respective spheres of influence.
1991
KZR Associates is Founded
Kamran Rizvi, recently returned from the UK, laid the foundation of an innovative Learning and Development Consulting company in a nascent Pakistani market.
2002
Young Leadership Conference (YLC)
YLC is a 6 days residential conference where youth from all over the country, interact and network with each other and leading personalities from the world of business, development, politics, academia and culture. Participants take part in plenary and syndicate sessions, and engage in activities and simulations that facilitate learning of essential leadership skills needed to excel in our challenging local and global environment.
School of Leadership
Embarked on a 400-year vision in 2002, we are a movement led by the youth, positively impacting thousands of individuals from diverse backgrounds. From workshops to seminars to conferences, we help people achieve breakthroughs in thinking and continue to shake attitudes. We encourage people to use their freedom with discipline and responsibility; to do the undone; travel the road less traveled; listen to their heart; and add their flavor to the world. We urge our youth to think beyond the obvious; beyond what a mirror, mirrors; beyond lines of fate and beyond conventional boundaries. Let’s all win by thinking nano-seconds to centuries; say what we mean and mean what we say; discover and serve our purpose and make each day count in terms of health, wealth, and wisdom. 2004
School of Leadership Foundation
SoLF is a national-scale youth-led organization. Founded in 2004 as the ‘Field of Dreams’, SoLF has nurtured numerous social projects and change-makers ever since. In 2012, SoLF was re-launched with the tagline ‘Growing Human Capital’ and identified ‘Citizenship & Peace’, ‘Awareness & Training’ and ‘Health & Livelihood’ as its areas of focus. Today, SoLF enjoys partnerships with key public and private sector organizations and is widely recognized for its break-through ideas, creative communication, memorable facilitation and valuable outcomes.
KZR Associates Becomes Navitus
Expanding its scope from Learning & Training to Organizational Development, KZR Associates evolved into Navitus, a firm that would become well known as a leading consulting and training company.
2014
Carnelian is Born
True to its value of Renewal, the team at Navitus evolves yet again and lays the foundation for Carnelian, a unique Communication Consulting Company. Branding, Coaching and Research are added to the new firm’s capabilities.
